Wow! What a spectacular performance today! The children did us all proud, singing loudly and remembering their lines. It was a huge hit with Key Stage 2 who noted that it was a very challenging production for such a young age but it was just what everyone needed to round off the term (almost!!!).
Again, we are very sorry that you were unable to join us due to the current pandemic but you should all feel very proud of your children as they have achieved so much in such a short space of time. We hope you enjoy the photographs and audio recording of the production below.
Merry Christmas and we look forward to seeing you all in the New Year (Tuesday 5th January).
As stated in our recent newsletter, at school your child will be given their own pen, pencil, whiteboard and whiteboard pen
Please ensure your child brings
Cherry Class has a library session every Tuesday. So please remember to bring in library books on this day so that they can be exchanged.
PE kits should be available in school every day but this term our usual PE sessions will take place on Mondays and Fridays. Please ensure that you include a pair of socks for your child to change into and also ensure that they have plimsols or trainers at school on rainy days
This term children can continue to take home one reading book from their coloured book band, which can be returned and changed when they have finished reading it. The children will also bring home their number bond challenge card which can be practiced at home, but please ensure it is in their bookbag everyday.
