This term the children can change and take home two reading books every Monday from their specific phonics or coloured book band baskets. Please encourage your child to read and reread these texts daily to build up their fluency and confidence with reading.

The children will also bring home their Number Bond Challenge Card. Please support your child to focus and work on their current star challenge, and let them know when you feel they are ready to be tested in school. Please also ensure that the Number Bond Challenge Card is in your child's book bag every day as they will also be tested on a rotational basis.
