At Brightwalton C.E. Primary School, we take your privacy seriously and buy back this service from our Local Authority. This is our parent friendly version to help detail our privacy procedures. We are the data controller for the personal data we collect, and we comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the Data Protection Act 2018, and guidance from the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). Through our school website and day-to-day operations, we may collect:

- Information relating to pupils and parents for admissions, learning, and safeguarding.
- Staff and governor information required for employment, governance, and statutory returns.
